The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel construction, in particular to a lofting method for a GINA waterstop and an OMEGA waterstop of a steel shell pipe joint, which comprises the following steps: establishing a steel shell pipe joint model, a GINA waterstop model, an OMEGA waterstop model, a first fixing assembly model for fixing the GINA waterstop and a second fixing assembly model for fixing the OMEGA waterstop in software; determining a positioning datum line on the steel shell pipe joint model; assembling the GINA waterstop model to the annular face of one end of the steel shell pipe joint model according to the positioning datum line, and installing the OMEGA waterstop model between the inner wall faces of the two adjacent steel shell pipe joint models; and installing the two sets of first fixing assembly models on the annular face of one end of the steel shell pipe joint model, and installing the two sets of second fixing assembly models on the inner wall faces of the two adjacent steel shell pipe joint models respectively. The construction difficulty can be reduced, and the construction precision is guaranteed.
