The invention discloses a highway reconstruction and extension bridgehead transition slab grouting construction method. The method comprises the following steps that transition slabs are placed side by side at a roadbed of a pavement needing to be extended; grouting holes are formed in the transition slabs and the roadbed; grouting pipes are inserted into the grouting holes, and hole sealing treatment is conducted; and slurry is injected into the grouting holes, grouting is stopped and grouting openings are closed after injection is completed, and the grouting pipes above the transition slab face are removed after the slurry is solidified. The highway reconstruction and extension bridgehead transition slab grouting construction method has the advantages that the problem of pavement subsidence diseases caused by large differential settlement due to large difference of roadbed consolidation degrees in new and old roadbed splicing at the bridge transition slab under the tense construction period of highway reconstruction and extension is effectively solved; the construction is convenient, safe and reliable, materials are simple, the manufacturing is easy, the cost is low, and the method can be used as an effective reference for similar construction.
