The impermeable concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of Portland cement clinker cement, 20 to 40 parts of water, 15 to 30 parts of bentonite, 10 to 13 parts of triethanolamine, 0.3 to 0.6 part of silicon dioxide particles, 10 to 16 parts of lime powder, 5 to 8 parts of asphalt particles, 3 to 6 parts of cellosilk, 2 to 6 parts of water reducing agent, 3 to 6 parts of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, 1.1 to 1.6 parts of hydrophilic colloid and 10 to 25 parts of emulsifier. According to the present invention, the design is novel, the asphalt particles are added, are heated to soften and are attached to the pore surface so as to increase the impermeability under the condition of maintaining the original concrete strength, and the arranged triethanolamine, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, the hydrophilic colloid and the emulsifier cooperate with each other so as to effectively increase the compactness of the concrete, gaps in the concrete are effectively reduced, and thus the anti-permeability effect of the concrete is effectively improved, and the practicability is high.
