Anti-scouring anhydrous stemming
The invention relates to the technical field of refractory materials, in particular to anti-scouring anhydrous stemming. The stemming comprises dry materials and environment-friendly resin oil, and the dry materials comprise corundum aggregate, silicon carbide particles, coke particles, high-aluminum fine powder, silicon carbide micro powder, activated aluminum oxide powder, metal silicon, a metal sialon compound and clay according to a specific weight ratio. The environment-friendly resin oil is a novel binding agent which is treated by a high-pressure kettle, the harmful gas discharge amount of the novel binding agent meets national requirements, the raw materials are stirred and mixed according to a certain proportion to prepare the anti-scouring sewage-free stemming, and a metal silicon and metal sialon compound is added into the mixture, so on the one hand, the anti-scouring capability of the material is improved by utilizing the self sialon phase; on the other hand, the metal sialon compound is subjected to in-situ reaction with the aluminum oxide micro powder, the silicon carbide micro powder and the like in the raw materials in a high-temperature use environment to generate sialon, so the strength and the anti-scouring performance of the material are effectively improved.
