According to the invention, on the basis of the material and the characteristics of the aluminum-magnesium anhydrous stemming, a large proportion of recycledand regenerated refractory materials made of the similar material are adopted to replace original refractory materials, so the recycled and regenerated refractory raw materials are fully utilized, precious resources are saved, the raw material cost of the anhydrous stemming is reduced, selling price is reduced to 3500 yuan/ton, the damage of industrial solid waste emission to the ecological environment is reduced, and the national resource recycling policy is accorded with.
