A construction method of a cast-in-place steel-concrete composite beam of a double-main-beam longitudinal one-way plate comprises the following steps that A, during construction, steel structure cross beams are erected between two I-shaped steel main beams, a bottom steel plates is laid between the two adjacent steel structure cross beams, and PBL shear key small I-shaped steel is welded to the bottom steel plates; B, transverse shear-resistant steel bars penetrate into and are fixed to hole positions of web plates of the PBL shear key small I-shaped steel, and then longitudinal fixing steel bars are fixedly erected on the transverse shear-resistant steel bars; transverse stability maintaining reinforcing steel bars are welded to the top edges of the PBL shear connector small I-beams, then bridge deck slab longitudinal load-bearing reinforcing steel bars are erected above the transverse stability maintaining reinforcing steel bars, and bridge deck slab transverse load-bearing reinforcing steel bars are erected on the longitudinal load-bearing reinforcing steel bars; and C, after building is completed, the pouring sequence on the bottom steel plate is that concrete pouring is conducted on a side fulcrum area and a midspan area firstly, and finally concrete pouring is conducted on a mid-fulcrum area. The construction method is easy to implement, follow-up repair is facilitated, and the built composite beam is low in cost, stable and reliable.
双主梁纵向单向板的现浇钢混组合梁的施工方法,包括以下步骤:A.施工时先将钢结构横梁架设在两工字钢主梁之间,在相邻两钢结构横梁之间铺设好底钢板,所述底钢板上焊接有PBL剪力键小工字钢;B.先在PBL剪力键小工字钢腹板开孔位置处穿入并固定横向抗剪钢筋,再在横向抗剪钢筋上固定搭设纵向固定钢筋;在PBL剪力键小工字钢的顶缘焊接横向维稳钢筋,然后在横向维稳钢筋上方搭设桥面板纵向受力钢筋,再在纵向受力钢筋上搭设桥面板横向受力钢筋;C.搭建完成后,在底钢板上浇筑的顺序为:先对边支点区域和跨中区域进行混凝土浇筑,最后对中支点区域进行混凝土浇筑。本发明的施工方法易于实施、便于后续修补、且建造出来的组合梁成本低以及稳定可靠。
