The invention relates to an intelligent smoke exhaust system for a building. The intelligent smoke exhaust system comprises indoor range hoods (1) installed on different floors, an air outlet of each indoor range hood (1) is communicated with a public flue (3) through a smoke pipe (2) of the indoor range hood (1), an outdoor main machine (4) is installed on the top of the public flue (3), and the outdoor main machine (4) is provided with a control system (41); and the indoor range hoods (1) on different floors are all in communication connection with the control system (41), the control system (41) is further in communication connection with a cloud server, and a filtering device (42) and an outdoor fan system (43) arranged at the rear end of the filtering device (42) are installed in the outdoor main machine (4). The intelligent smoke exhaust system is characterized in that four different working modes are preset in the control system (41), and the four different working modes are respectively a debugging mode, an operation mode, a proofreading mode and a reminding mode. Compared with the prior art, the intelligent smoke exhaust system for the building is efficient in smoke purification and low in cost.
