Preparation method of yttrium-stabilized zirconium dioxide aerogel/fiber composite material
The invention belongs to the field of thermal insulation materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a yttrium-stabilized zirconium dioxide aerogel/fiber composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking and mixing a first solvent, water, zirconyl nitrate hydrate and yttrium nitrate hydrate, and carrying out first reaction to obtain first sol; taking and mixing a second solvent and the first sol, and then adding a gel accelerator to obtain composite sol; impregnating a fiber felt in the composite sol to obtain a sol-containing fiber felt; placing the fiber felt containing the sol at the temperature of 50-80 DEG C for gel aging, so as to obtain a gel-containing fiber felt; and respectively impregnating the gel-containing fiber felt in a third solvent, a fourth solvent and a fifth solvent for replacement, and then drying to obtain the yttrium-stabilized zirconium dioxide aerogel/fiber composite material. The heat conductivity coefficient of the composite material at the temperature of 1200 DEG C is 0.147-0.18 W/(m.K), and the composite material has excellent stability and heat insulation performance.
