The vehicle frame comprises two longitudinal beams which are oppositely arranged; the cab is mounted on the front side of the longitudinal beams; the loading structure comprises an auxiliary engine box, a garbage can and sweeping discs, the auxiliary engine box and the garbage can are arranged at the top ends of the longitudinal beams, the two sweeping discs are arranged on the two longitudinal beams respectively, and the auxiliary engine box and the back of the cab are spaced by a distance so as to reserve a space for overturning of the cab; the postprocessor stretches across the inner sides of the two longitudinal beams, and the postprocessor is arranged between the auxiliary engine box and the cab; the storage battery frame is arranged on the outer side of the longitudinal beams, and a distance is reserved between the storage battery frame and the sweeping discs. According to the cleaning and sweeping vehicle, on the premise that the axle distance of the whole vehicle is not increased, the purposes that the sweeping discs and the storage battery frame do not interfere with each other, the auxiliary engine box and the postprocessor do not interfere with each other, and the manufacturing cost is low are achieved.
