The arrangement structure aims to solve the problems that an existing arrangement structure is poor in integrity, and the fishtail pier is prone to being impacted by floating objects, water flow pulsating pressure and the like. According to the arrangement structure of the gate pier and the fishtail pier, the fishtail pier and the gate pier are arranged into a whole, the fishtail pier is arranged on a first slope section of a gate bottom plate, and the distance between the fishtail pier and a bottom plate structure seam is 0.9-1.1m, so that the integrity of the arrangement structure of the gate pier and the fishtail pier is improved under the condition that the related standard requirements of foundation differential settlement are met, the constraint of the fishtail pier in all directions is increased, and the large bending moment of the bottom foundation of the fishtail pier is homogenized; and the frequency and amplitude of reciprocating vibration of the fishtail pier under the action of the water flow pulsating pressure can be reduced, the impact resistance and high-speed water flow pulsating pressure damage resistance of the fishtail pier are improved, and therefore the possibility of local damage and even toppling of the fishtail pier is reduced.
