The novel deviation rectifying device matched with the special steel casing comprises a guide rail, sliding blocks, electric hydraulic push rods and laser instruments. The guide rail is an annular guide rail, a sliding groove is annularly formed in a middle part of the guide rail, the sliding blocks are arranged in the sliding groove and can slide along the sliding groove, an upper part of each sliding block is connected with an installation plate, the electric hydraulic push rod is fixedly arranged on the installation plate, and a push rod head of the electric hydraulic push rod faces a center point of the annular guide rail. Each laser instrument is fixed to the electric hydraulic push rod through a mounting support, and an irradiation direction of the laser instrument is horizontally consistent with a push rod direction of the electric hydraulic push rod.
