The invention discloses a steel casing guiding deviation rectifying device which is used for rectifying deviation in the steel casing lowering process and comprises a displacement detection structure layer and a deviation rectifying structure layer, the displacement detection structure layer can detect the deviation condition of a steel casing, and the deviation rectifying structure layer can rectify deviation of the steel casing according to the deviation condition of the steel casing; a displacement sensor is mounted in the displacement detection structure layer, and a first electric loop is arranged in the displacement sensor; an electric deviation rectifying device is mounted in the deviation rectifying structure layer, can push the steel casing to return to the initial position under the action of electric power, and is electrically connected with the displacement sensor to form a second electric loop; when the position of the steel casing deviates, the first electric loop and the second electric loop are connected at the same time, the displacement sensor can detect the deviation distance of the steel casing, and the electric deviation correcting equipment conducts deviation correction on the steel casing. The technical problem that an existing steel casing guide deviation rectifying device is difficult to detect deviation of a steel casing in time and rectify deviation and the like is solved.
