The invention discloses a preparation method of an electric heating composite board and an electric heating composite board manufactured through the method. The preparation method of the electric heating composite board comprises the steps that: S1, three or more boards are selected; S2, all the boards are arranged in parallel in an attached mode, a heating device is arranged on the surface of the middle board, the attached faces of all the boards are bonded, and all the boards are pressed through hot pressing equipment; and S3, holes are drilled in the boards, and the heating device and an external wire are connected by using a plug connector. The electric heating composite board manufactured through the method can replace a traditional electric floor heater, is simple in structure, convenient to install, low in cost, clean, environmentally friendly, free of occupying space, capable of achieving far infrared heating, warm and comfortable, and is particularly suitable for areas without unified heating in the south. The electric heating composite board can be made into electric heating floor. Compared with a plurality of domestic electric heating products at present, the electric heating floor can save working hours and materials.
本发明公开了一种电热复合板材的制备方法及利用该方法制作的电热复合板材，所述电热复合板材的制备方法包括：S1：选取三块以上板材；S2：将所有板材平行贴合设置，将发热装置设置于中间的板材的表面，并将所有板材的贴合面相互粘合，使用热压设备将所有板材压合；S3：在板材上钻孔，利用插接件连接发热装置和外部导线。利用该方法制作的电热复合板材可以取代传统电地热，结构简单、安装方便、且成本较低、清洁环保不占用空间、远红外发热，温暖舒适，特别是用于南方没有统一采暖的地区，非常适合。做成电热地板，相比目前国内很多电采暖产品，可以节省工时和材料。
