High-temperature heating electric heating composite ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-temperature heating electrothermal composite ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of electrothermal material preparation. The electrothermal composite ceramic material is composed of 50-90 parts of a ceramic base phase and 10-50 parts of a nickel-plated glass fiber filler. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing 50-90 parts of ceramic base phase and 10-50 parts of nickel-plated glass fiber filler, mixing and uniformly dispersing; (2) pressing the mixed powder of the ceramic base phase and the nickel-plated glass fiber filler which are uniformly dispersed in the step (1) into a composite ceramic green body by a mold pressing method; and (3) sintering and molding the composite ceramic green body obtained in the step (2) to finally obtain the electric heating composite ceramic material. The electric heating composite ceramic material is low in cost, good in electric heating performance, excellent in heat conductivity, high in mechanical strength, simple in preparation process and suitable for large-scale production.
本发明涉及一种高温发热的电热复合陶瓷材料及其制备方法,属于电热材料制备技术领域。所述电热复合陶瓷材料由50~90份陶瓷基相和10~50份镀镍玻纤填料组成。所述制备方法包括:(1)称取陶瓷基相50~90份、镀镍玻纤填料10~50份混合并均匀分散;(2)通过模压法将步骤1中均匀分散的陶瓷基相和镀镍玻纤填料混合粉体压制成复合陶瓷生坯;(3)将步骤2中得到的复合陶瓷生坯烧结成型,最终得到电热复合陶瓷材料。本发明的电热复合陶瓷材料成本低廉、电发热性能良、导热性优、机械强度高、制备工艺简单,适宜大规模生产。
