Acid aggregate bio-based asphalt anti-stripping agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of pavement asphalt, in particular to an acidic aggregate bio-based asphalt anti-stripping agent and a preparation method thereof. The acidic aggregate bio-based asphalt anti-stripping agent comprises 68-72 parts of plant asphalt, 10-14 parts of polybutadiene glycol, 0.05 part of a catalyst, 3-5 parts of vital gluten, 2-4 parts of furfural, 3-5 parts of polyvinyl imine, 3-5 parts of triethanolamine and 2.95 parts of an auxiliary agent. According to the acid aggregate bio-based asphalt anti-stripping agent provided by the invention, the plant asphalt is selected as a main raw material, and is natural, environment-friendly and wide in source; and the wheat gluten and triethanolamine react to form a three-dimensional network structure, and the three-dimensional network structure has good viscoelasticity, extensibility, thermal coagulability, emulsibility and film formability. Furfural reacts with polyvinyl imine to form a coronal structure with strong complexing ability, and the coronal structure and the acidic aggregate are strongly complexed, so that the adhesive property is improved; and meanwhile, the asphalt anti-stripping agent can also reduce the interface energy between the asphalt and the aggregate to form a stable system.
