The invention discloses a construction method of a multi-pile-hole combined steel platform capable of preventing slurry from overflowing. The construction method comprises the following steps that a foundation pit is excavated; sinking a steel casing at the design position of each pile hole in the foundation pit; the upper end of each steel casing is sleeved with a pile hole cover plate, and a combined slurry groove is laid so that the pile hole cover plates can communicate with one another to form a multi-pile-hole combined steel platform; prefabricated concrete plates are laid in the remaining space of the adjacent pile hole cover plates; prefabricated concrete sleeper beams are hung on the periphery of the multi-pile-hole combined steel platform, and drilling pile machines are installed on the prefabricated concrete sleeper beams; and the drilling pile machine is controlled to drill and excavate soil bodies in all the steel casings in sequence, and generated slurry flows into the combined slurry groove through the pile hole cover plate to be collected and treated in a unified mode.
