Correcting method for segmented installation of large-span steel truss
The invention relates to the field of steel structures, in particular to a correcting method for segmented installation of a large-span steel truss. The correcting method comprises the following steps that after the steel truss is assembled on the ground, reflectors are placed on an upper chord and a lower chord respectively, and theoretical coordinates of measuring points relative to designed installation positions of the reflectors are exported; the top of a tower crane section support is fixedly connected with a one-way sliding support; and one end of the steel truss is hoisted in place, the longitudinal axis position is placed on the one-way sliding support at the top of the tower crane section support, a constructor uses a sliding rope to enable the steel truss to rotate in the horizontal direction, the actual position coordinates of the upper and lower chord reflectors of the steel truss are corrected through a total station till the actual position coordinates are consistent with the theoretical coordinates of the designed installation positions, and then the steel truss is welded and reinforced. By adopting the method, climbing construction of personnel is not needed, total station coordinate measurement is adopted, and precision and high-efficiency construction are guaranteed.
本发明涉及钢结构领域,具体是一种大跨度钢桁架分段安装的校正方法。包括如下步骤:钢桁架在地面拼装完成后,在上下弦上分别放置反光片,将测量点相对于反光片设计安装位置的理论坐标导出;在塔吊节支撑顶部固定连接单向滑动支座;将钢桁架其中一端吊装就位,纵向轴线位置安放在塔吊节支撑顶部的单向滑动支座上,施工人员使用溜绳使钢桁架在水平方向旋转,利用全站仪对钢桁架上下弦反光片的实际位置坐标进行校正,直至与设计安装位置的理论坐标一致时,对钢桁架进行焊接、加固。采用本发明无需人员登高施工,采用全站仪坐标测量,保证精度和高效率施工。
