The invention discloses a pre-paved waterproof coiled material which is prepared by the steps of 1) performing extrusion molding on a high-molecular sheet base layer, and before the high-molecular sheet base layer is cooled, uniformly sucking out first spurs and second spurs on the surfaces of the two sides of the high-molecular sheet base layer in a negative pressure suction manner respectively; (2) covering a self-adhesive layer on the surface, which is provided with the first spurs, of the high-molecular sheet base layer so as to enable the first spurs to extend into the self-adhesive layer and not exceed the self-adhesive layer; and 3) covering an anti-sticking layer on the surface, which is opposite to the high-molecular sheet base layer, of the self-adhesive layer. According to the pre-paved waterproof coiled material prepared by the invention, the bonding strength between the self-adhesive layer and the high-molecular sheet base layer can be improved, so that the high-molecular sheet base layer and the self-adhesive layer are combined more reliably; and the friction force between the pre-paved waterproof coiled material and the base surface can be increased, so that the coiled material is paved more stably.
本发明公开了一种预铺防水卷材，其通过如下步骤制备：1）挤出成型高分子片材基层，且在高分子片材基层冷却之前，通过负压抽吸的方式在高分子片材基层的两侧表面分别均匀抽吸出第一突刺和第二突刺；2）在高分子片材基层具有第一突刺的表面覆上自粘胶层，使第一突刺伸入自粘胶层中，且使第一突刺不超出自粘胶层；3）在自粘胶层与高分子片材基层相背的表面覆上防粘层。本发明制备的预铺防水卷材，其能提高自粘胶层与高分子片材基层之间的粘结强度，使高分子片材基层与自粘胶层结合的更可靠；还能增加预铺防水卷材与基面的摩擦力，使卷材铺设的更稳定。
