The invention provides a corrugated steel web combined box girder, a suspension splicing lossless positioning device and a construction method. The suspension splicing lossless positioning device comprises a dynamic adjusting mechanism and a rigid limiting mechanism which are arranged on a supporting corrugated steel web of the corrugated steel web combined box girder and a corrugated steel web to be subjected to suspension splicing, wherein the dynamic adjusting mechanism and the rigid limiting mechanism are oppositely arranged. According to the suspended splicing lossless positioning device for the corrugated steel web combined box girder, the dynamic adjusting mechanism is adopted to replace a traditional high-strength bolt for positioning, so damage to the corrugated steel webs caused by punching is avoided, high-precision millimeter-level control over a distance and an angle between the corrugated steel webs is achieved, and therefore, lossless and accurate positioning of the corrugated steel webs is realized; and through the rigid limiting mechanism, the transverse stability of the corrugated steel webs is improved, accurate positioning is guaranteed, and then construction quality and construction safety are improved. According to the construction method of the corrugated steel web combined box girder, a corrugated steel web combined box girder bridge can be losslessly and accurately positioned to achieve bridge forming.
本发明提供了一种波纹钢腹板组合箱梁、悬拼无损定位装置及施工方法,包括设置在波纹钢腹板组合箱梁的支撑波形钢腹板和待悬拼波纹钢腹板上的动态调节机构和刚性限位机构,动态调节机构与刚性限位机构相对设置;本发明的波纹钢腹板组合箱梁的悬拼无损定位装置,采用动态调节机构代替了传统用于定位的高强螺栓,避免了由于打孔对波形钢腹板造成的损伤,实现了对波形钢腹板之间的距离和角度的高精密毫米级控制,进而实现了波形钢腹板的无损精确定位;通过刚性限位机构,提高了波形钢腹板的横向稳定性的保证了精确定位,进而提高了施工的质量和安全性。本发明的波纹钢腹板组合箱梁的施工方法,使得波纹钢腹板组合梁桥能够实现无损精确定位达到成桥。
