A horizontal first telescopic rod is arranged at the top end of the moving end of the lifting rod, and the two second clamping plates continue to shake the steel casing, so that the steel casing can be better pulled out by existing equipment; according to the steel casing pulling-out device, in the steel casing recycling process, deviation of the steel casing in the pulling-out process can be avoided, and the steel casing can be better pulled out by shaking the steel casing and reducing adhesive force.
