The invention provides a rotary lifting mechanism which is used for being connected with a functional device to control the functional device to rotate and lift. The rotary lifting mechanism comprises a first driving device and a rotating mechanism connected with the first driving device up and down. The rotating mechanism comprises a second driving device which is rotatably connected with the first driving device up and down, a screw rod which is rotatably connected with the second driving device and a lifting mechanism which sleeves the screw rod, and the end, far away from the second driving device, of the lifting mechanism is used for being connected with the functional device. The first driving device is used for driving the rotating mechanism to rotate, and the second driving device is used for driving the screw rod to rotate so as to drive the lifting mechanism to linearly move up and down. The invention further provides a rotary lifting device using the rotary lifting mechanism and an inspection system.
