Recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-6 parts of water, 13-15 parts of cement, 3-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 65-80 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 35-40 parts of fine aggregate and 2-6 parts of filler, wherein the filler comprises nano silicon dioxide microspheres; the preparation method of the recycled concrete comprises the following steps: S1, primary mixing: mixing and stirring the cement and the filler according to a formula to obtain a first mixture; S2, secondary mixing: mixing and stirring the fine aggregate and the regenerated coarse aggregate, adding the first mixture, and mixing and stirring to obtain a second mixture; and S3, blending: sequentially adding a water reducing agent and water into the second mixture in the step S3, mixing and stirring, and naturally airing to obtain the recycled concrete. The recycled concrete has the advantages that the porosity of the recycled concrete is reduced, and then the strength of the recycled concrete is improved.
