The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory castable, and particularly relates to corundum mullite gel composite wear-resistant castable and a baking and shaping method thereof. Refractory aggregate, refractory powder, oxide micro powder, a composite binder and a composite anti-explosion agent form the castable, and it is ensured the compact castable can meet the use requirements of the kiln head cover part of a rotary cement kiln and the hot end part of a grate cooler by combining the modes of drilling of the casting body and low-temperature intermittent baking operation. The castable has the following advantages: firstly, the compact castable formed by baking has outstanding wear resistance, good thermal shock resistance, low heat dissipation, erosion resistance and outstanding overall high-temperature performance, and can effectively meet the use requirements of the kiln head cover part of the rotary cement kiln and the hot end part of the grate cooler; and secondly, the compact castable has outstanding anti-bursting capability and higher bursting temperature, is not easy to burst after being used at high temperature for a long time in a kiln lining system, and has the effective service life of 24 months.
本发明属于耐火浇注料技术领域，尤其涉及一种刚玉莫来石凝胶复合耐磨浇注料，及其烘烤定形方法。本发明通过将耐火骨料、耐火粉料、氧化物微粉料、复合粘结剂以及复合防爆剂组成浇注料，并且配合浇注体钻孔、低温间歇性烘烤操作的方式，保证致密浇注料可以满足水泥回转窑的窑头罩部位和篦冷机的热端部位的使用要求。本发明具有以下优点：第一、烘烤成形之后的致密浇注料，耐磨性能突出，抗热震性好，散热低，耐侵蚀，整体高温性能突出，可以有效地满足水泥回转窑窑头罩部位以及篦冷机热端部位的使用要求；第二、致密浇注料具有突出的抗爆裂能力，爆裂温度较高，在窑衬系统中长期高温使用不易爆裂，有效使用寿命长达24个月。
