The invention discloses a pile barrel combined jacket supporting structure and a construction method. The pile-barrel combined jacket supporting structure comprises a plurality of jacket legs and a supporting frame for supporting the jacket legs; the pile-barrel combined jacket supporting structure further comprises a barrel-shaped foundation fixedly connected to the bottom ends of the jacket legs, a pile foundation and a water and gas pipeline; the barrel-shaped foundation comprises a barrel-shaped foundation outer wall, a barrel-shaped foundation inner wall and a barrel-shaped foundation top cover which are connected in a sealed mode, and a foundation void is formed in the barrel-shaped foundation; the pile foundation penetrates through and is fixedly arranged in the jacket legs and the inner wall of the barrel-shaped foundation, and gaps are formed between the pile foundation and the jacket legs and between the pile foundation and the inner wall of the barrel-shaped foundation; and the water and gas pipeline is fixedly connected with the jacket legs and is connected with a water and gas channel arranged in the foundation void through a control valve. The invention provides the pile-barrel combined jacket supporting structure which is easy to level, convenient to install and adjustable in horizontal deviation, and meanwhile, the invention further provides a construction method which is convenient to construct and operate, low in construction cost and wide in application prospect.
