The invention relates to a double-steel-pipe concrete member wrapped with a composite winding pipe. The double-steel-pipe concrete member comprises a composite winding pipe layer, an outer steel pipe layer, a concrete layer and an inner steel pipe layer which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside; the inner side of the inner steel pipe layer is a cavity or filled with concrete; the concrete layer is arranged between the inner steel pipe layer and the outer steel pipe layer in a pouring mode; and a plurality of connecting pieces are arranged between the outer steel pipe layer and the inner steel pipe layer, one ends of the connecting pieces are fixedly connected with the outer side of the inner steel pipe layer, and the other ends of the connecting pieces are fixedly connected with the inner side of the outer steel pipe layer. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the double-steel-pipe concrete member wrapped with the composite winding pipe. The double-steel-pipe concrete member wrapped with the composite winding pipe is convenient to construct, good in anti-seismic performance and high in rigidity and belongs to the technical field of building structures.
