Thermosetting resin flame-retardant composition as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a thermosetting resin flame-retardant composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of flame retardance. The thermosetting resin flame-retardant composition comprises a composite flame-retardant composition and a thermosetting resin composition; the composite flame-retardant composition comprises basalt flakes, pentaerythritol, 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide, a dispersing agent, hydrotalcite, polyphosphoric acid, melamine and zinc borate; and the thermosetting resin composition includes a resin, a curing agent, a plasticizer, and a solvent. According to the thermosetting resin flame-retardant composition, halogen-free flame retardance can be achieved under the low addition amount, the flame-retardant grade reaches the A-grade level, meanwhile, the excellent heat resistance and machinability required by a composite base plate can be met, the good mechanical property can be achieved, and it is guaranteed that the composite base plate has the excellent comprehensive performance. The preparation method is simple and easy to operate, and the obtained thermosetting resin flame-retardant composition can be widely applied to flame-retardant materials.
