High-flexibility aerogel felt and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of an aerogel felt. A water-absorbing expansion type adhesive is adhered to the surface of a fiber felt body, silicon dioxide sol catalyzed by a gel catalyst is combined with the fiber felt, gelatinizing is performed to form a silicon dioxide wet gel felt, and drying is performed. The water-absorbing expansion type adhesive is attached to the surface of the felt body and used for improving the adhesion of the felt body and the silicon dioxide gel, and the problem of powder falling caused by separation of aerogel and the felt body when the aerogel felt is bent and used can be effectively solved; and the water-absorbing expansion type resin absorbs water and expands in the silicon dioxide sol gelation process, then cracks are generated between gel pore structures, gel in the silicon dioxide gel felt is deformed due to introduction of the cracks, the flexibility of aerogel can be improved, and the aerogel felt can be used as a flexible heat insulation material or sound absorption material.
本发明涉及一种气凝胶毡的制备方法,通过将吸水膨胀型黏合剂附着于纤维毡体表面,之后再将经凝胶催化剂催化的二氧化硅溶胶与纤维毡结合,发生凝胶化形成二氧化硅湿凝胶毡后进行干燥处理,通过在毡体表面附着吸水膨胀型黏合剂用于提高毡体与二氧化硅凝胶的粘附性,能够有效缓解气凝胶毡弯折使用时气凝胶与毡体的分离造成的掉粉问题;吸水膨胀型树脂在二氧化硅溶胶凝胶化过程中吸水膨胀进而在凝胶孔结构之间产生裂纹,裂纹的引入使二氧化硅凝胶毡中的凝胶变形,能够改善气凝胶的柔韧性,可将该气凝胶毡作为柔韧形式的绝热材料或吸音材料使用。
