本发明公开了一种地下剪力墙三段式止水螺栓孔洞防水封堵构造及方法,包括模板侧向支撑体系和结构混凝土,结构混凝土上的孔洞内设有固定模板螺栓,固定模板螺栓的中部设有止水钢片;螺栓端头与可周转模板螺栓连接;在可周转模板螺栓的端部连接螺栓端头卡扣;在螺栓端头上涂刷防锈封闭剂和浇筑端头封堵混凝土;并采用BAC自粘防水卷材贴片进行粘贴封堵。本发明利用防锈处理对止水螺栓端头进行保护,避免地下水长期作用止水螺栓锈蚀膨胀,利用BAC自粘防水卷材贴片对微膨胀防水的端头封堵混凝土的锁水作用代替传统湿作业养护,避免地下水在压力作用下侵蚀止水螺栓及过水裂隙,提升了结构主体的防水性及耐久性,加快了地下整体施工效率。
