The invention provides a loader control system, a crawler loader and a crawler bulldozer. A controller is connected with a given rotating speed acquisition module to acquire a rotating speed given value; the controller is connected to an engine through a proportional electromagnet, an execution mechanism and an accelerator in sequence; the engine is connected with a hydraulic mechanism; the controller is connected with the hydraulic mechanism through a displacement control mechanism; the controller is connected with the engine through a rotating speed sensor to acquire the rotating speed of the engine in real time; and the controller is connected with the output end of the hydraulic mechanism through a pressure sensor to acquire pressure data of the output end of the hydraulic mechanism. The system adopts a fuzzy PID control method, integrates the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control, is high in adaptability, high in precision and good in rapidity, and can better meet the control requirements of the crawler loader. The working capacity of the engine is improved, so that the hydraulic mechanism works under the highest pressure at a low rotating speed, and the driving capacity of the hydraulic mechanism is greatly improved.
本发明提供一种装载机控制系统、履带式装载机及履带式推土机,控制器与给定转速获取模块连接,获取转速给定值;控制器依次通过比例电磁铁、执行机构、油门连接至发动机;发动机与液压机构连接;控制器通过排量控制机构与液压机构连接;控制器通过转速传感器与发动机连接,实时获取发动机的转速;控制器通过压力传感器与液压机构的输出端连接,获取液压机构输出端的压力数据。系统采用模糊PID的控制方法,集中了模糊控制与PID控制的优点,该控制方法适应性强、精度高又快速性好,能更好的满足履带装载机的控制要求。提高了发动机的工作能力,使液压机构在低转速下,进入最高压力工作,从而大大提高液压机构的驱动能力。
