Intelligent crawler loader and using method thereof
The invention discloses an intelligent crawler loader and a using method thereof. The intelligent crawler loader comprises a rack and two digging mechanisms symmetrically mounted on the rack. The digging mechanism comprises three rotational degrees of freedom which are respectively used for adjusting the horizontal angle, the height and the pitching angle of a scraper bucket for slagging off; the middle part of the rack is provided with a visual detection piece for detecting the appearance characteristics of a slag pile; the intelligent slagging-off machine has the advantages that the intelligent slagging-off machine is high in flexibility, the characteristic of double-arm driving is adopted, multiple rotational freedom degrees are achieved, and the horizontal angle, the height and the pitching angle of a scraper bucket can be flexibly adjusted; a visual detection piece is arranged, and a CCD industrial visual camera is used for detecting the appearance characteristics of the slag pile. Feature extraction and analysis are carried out through an image processing algorithm, and information such as the shape, the size and the position of the slag pile can be rapidly and accurately obtained through an automatic visual detection technology. The automatic visual detection greatly reduces the dependence on manual operators, and improves the efficiency and accuracy of slag pile appearance feature detection.
