The damping device comprises a shell, wherein a first connecting shaft and a second connecting shaft are arranged in the shell, a buffer block is arranged between the first connecting shaft and the second connecting shaft, the first connecting shaft is fixedly connected with the buffer block in the circumferential direction, the buffer block is fixedly connected with the second connecting shaft in the circumferential direction, the outer circle of the first connecting shaft is provided with at least one circumferentially-positioned and axially-movable transmission gasket, the inner wall of the shell is provided with at least two circumferentially-positioned and axially-movable fixing gaskets, the fixing gaskets and the transmission gaskets are arranged in a staggered mode, friction plates are arranged between the fixing gaskets and the transmission gaskets, the friction plates are in clearance fit with the shell and the first connecting shaft, a compression spring is arranged in the shell, one end of the compression spring abuts against the fixed gaskets, the other end of the compression spring is positioned through an adjusting end cover matched with the inner wall of the shell in a threaded mode, and the friction force between the friction plates and the fixed gaskets and between the friction plates and the transmission gaskets can be adjusted by screwing the adjusting end cover.
