The guide rod is provided with a movement adjusting structure which can move in the axial direction of the guide rod to adjust the position and extrude the damping module to enable the damping module to generate radial size changes. The damping device is simple in structure, the damping magnitude can be adjusted according to different vehicle types, the problem of unbalanced force values is solved, supporting force borne by the two supporting rods is basically the same when the tail door hovers, distortion of the tail door is reduced, the number of parts is small, assembly is convenient, and cost is low.
