The invention relates to a preparation method of ZrO2/Al2O3 composite powder for thermal spraying, which comprises the four steps of proportioning, drying, mixing and spray granulation, and comprises the following steps: coating the surfaces of yttrium-stabilized zirconium oxide particles with aluminum oxide on the nanoscale to form a spherical composite structure; according to the spherical load structure, in the thermal spraying process, molten aluminum oxide serves as a bonding layer to make contact with a base material, so that a coating is firmer, and the thermal barrier capacity is improved; and aluminum oxide is used as a protective layer of each zirconium oxide particle, so that erosion of silicate sediments is isolated, and the service life of the coating is greatly prolonged.
本发明涉及一种热喷涂用ZrO2/Al2O3复合粉体的制备方法,由配料、烘干、混料、喷雾造粒四个步骤组成,在纳米尺度上将氧化铝包裹在钇稳定过的氧化锆颗粒的表面,形成球形复合结构;该球形负荷结构在热喷涂过程中,以熔融的氧化铝作为粘结层与基材接触,使得涂层更加牢固,提高了热障碍能力;氧化铝作为每个氧化锆颗粒的防护层,隔绝了硅酸盐沉积物的侵蚀,使得涂层的寿命大大延长。
