Self-compacting lightweight waste-utilizing concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides self-compacting lightweight waste-utilizing concrete and a preparation method thereof. The self-compacting lightweight waste-utilizing concrete is composed of the following substances in parts by mass: 900-1100 parts of modified cement, 200-250 parts of gold tailing sand I, 200-250 parts of ceramsite, 2-3 parts of straws, 25-30 parts of a water reducing agent and 290-310 parts of bean curd wastewater. The modified cement is composed of the following substances in parts by mass: 20-25 parts of reservoir bottom mud, 30-40 parts of modified steel slag, 20-30 parts of cement clinker, 15-25 parts of gold tailing sand II and 3-7 parts of phosphogypsum, wherein the gold tailing sand I is gold tailing sand of which the particle size is greater than 0.15 mm; and the gold tailing sand II is gold tailing sand with the particle size smaller than 0.15 mm. According to the invention, green sustainable development of solid wastes is realized, and meanwhile, the preparation cost of the high-performance concrete is also reduced.
本发明提出一种自密实轻质利废混凝土及其制备方法,所述自密实轻质利废混凝土由以下质量份的各物质组成:改性水泥900~1100,金尾矿砂I 200~250,陶粒200~250,秸秆2~3,减水剂25~30,豆腐废水290~310;所述改性水泥由以下质量份的各物质组成:水库底泥20~25,改性钢渣30~40,水泥熟料20~30,金尾矿砂II 15~25,磷石膏3~7;其中,金尾矿砂I为粒径大于0.15mmm的金尾矿砂;金尾矿砂II为粒径小于0.15mmm的金尾矿砂。本发明实现了固体废弃物的绿色可持续发展,同时也降低了高性能混凝土的制备成本。
