Concrete bases are arranged at the bottoms of the upstream side concrete extrusion side wall, the two-cloth one-membrane geotechnical cloth, the asphalt concrete core wall and the downstream side concrete extrusion side wall, and copper sheet water stops are arranged between the concrete bases and the asphalt concrete core wall.
