Karamay 90 # A-grade road petroleum asphalt is selected as asphalt, and non-alkaline natural sand gravel is adopted as coarse and fine aggregate; the asphalt mixture is mixed, the asphalt is heated through heat conduction oil, and the molten asphalt flows into the heat preservation barrel through a self-flowing pipeline; paving the asphalt mixture: mechanically paving by adopting a paver, and covering the core wall with canvas while paving; the asphalt mixture is rolled, the asphalt mixture and the transition material are rolled at the same time through a rolling machine, the joint surface is heated to 70 DEG C or above through an infrared heater before paving, when two layers are continuously paved, paving of the upper layer is carried out when the temperature of the lower layer asphalt concrete is reduced to 90 DEG C or below, surface water on the wet part is removed firstly, and then paving of the lower layer is carried out; and drying and heating by adopting an infrared heater. The method is suitable for actual conditions of high-altitude areas, construction quality and safety are ensured, and construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种高海拔地区的沥青混凝土心墙施工方法,沥青选用克拉玛依90号A级道路石油沥青,粗细骨料采用非碱性天然砂砾石;沥青混合料拌合,采用导热油对沥青进行加热,融化的沥青通过自流管道流入保温桶;沥青混合料摊铺,采用摊铺机机械摊铺,一边摊铺一边使用帆布覆盖心墙;沥青混合料碾压,通过碾压机对沥青混合料和过渡料同时碾压,摊铺前用红外线加热器使结合面加热到70℃以上,连续铺筑两层时,在下层沥青混凝土温度降到90℃以下再进行上一层摊铺,对于潮湿部位先将表水清除,再采用红外线加热器烘干和加热。适合高海拔地区的实际情况,确保施工质量与安全、提高了施工效率。
