The invention relates to the technical field of pipe pile construction, in particular to a construction method of a prestressed pipe pile. The construction method includes the steps that S1, a site is leveled, and the surface of a soil layer in a designated area is compacted; S2, measuring and positioning are conducted, wherein the pile position of the pipe pile is lofted and marked; S3, the soil layer is stabilized, reinforcing piles (1) are arranged in the construction area, and meanwhile grouting reinforcement is conducted on an underground soil body around pile positions in a high-pressure grouting mode in cooperation with grouting equipment; S4, the pile positions are measured again, and the pile positions are corrected again in a manual measurement mode; and S5, pile sinking operation is conducted, specifically, the pipe pile is pressed into the ground from the marked pile position, and pile splicing is conducted section by section till the designed depth is reached. The construction method of the prestressed pipe pile has the advantage that the difficulty of constructing the pipe pile in a soil layer with relatively loose soil is reduced.
