The invention relates to a pouring device for a ballastless track foundation. The pouring device comprises pouring pipes which are arranged along a formwork at intervals and vertically inserted into the formwork. A support; the storage hopper is mounted at the top of the support; the first trough and the second trough are installed on the support and located below the storage hopper, and the first trough and the second trough extend to the tops of the pouring pipes on the two sides respectively; and the guide groove is rotatably installed below the discharging port and located above the first material groove and the second material groove, by rotating the guide groove, concrete discharged out of the discharging port flows towards the first material groove or the second material groove through the guide groove, and therefore the concrete flows into the corresponding pouring pipes and enters the corresponding formworks. The ballastless track pouring device effectively solves the problem that ballastless track pouring is difficult, track foundations on the two sides are poured through the pouring device, time and labor are saved, the construction efficiency is improved, the pouring quality of the track foundations can be guaranteed, concrete waste is reduced, operation is easy, and implementation is convenient.
本发明涉及一种无砟轨道基础的浇筑装置,包括:沿模板间隔设置且竖直插设于模板的浇注管;支架;安装于支架的顶部的储料斗;安装于支架且位于储料斗的下方的第一料槽和第二料槽,该第一料槽和第二料槽分别延伸至两侧的浇注管的顶部;以及可转动地安装于出料口的下方且位于第一料槽和第二料槽的上方的导向槽,通过转动导向槽,使得出料口排出的混凝土经导向槽向第一料槽或第二料槽流动,从而混凝土流入对应的浇注管并进入对应的模板内。本发明有效的解决了无砟轨道浇筑困难的问题,通过利用浇筑装置浇筑两侧的轨道基础,省时省力,提升了施工效率,也能够保证轨道基础的浇筑质量,减少混凝土浪费的情况,且操作简单,便于实现。
