The invention relates to a CA mortar viscosity pouring system and method for a ballastless track. The ballastless track comprises a supporting layer (1). A track plate (2) is arranged on the supporting layer (1); a steel rail assembly (4) is mounted on the track plate (2) through a fastener (5); the pouring system at least comprises construction equipment (9) walking on the steel rail assembly (4). CA mortar (3) is poured between the supporting layer (1) and the track plate (2); and a grouting hole (6) is formed in the track plate (2). The device is reasonable in design, compact in structure and convenient to use.
