The invention provides an assembly type comprehensive pipe gallery wall installation positioning device and an installation and use method. The device comprises a starting point ruler, an end point ruler, a verification rope, a laser level gauge and a ruler sleeve; the starting point ruler and the end point ruler are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of a prefabricated wall in parallel; the starting point ruler and the end point ruler are each composed of a base, a ruler rod, an elevation adjusting bolt, a transverse horizontal ruler, a longitudinal horizontal ruler and a presser foot balance weight; and the installation of the device comprises paying-off preparation before hoisting, starting point ruler installation, end point ruler installation, ruler sleeve selection, verification rope installation and prefabricated wall hoisting and positioning. The use of the device comprises prefabricated wall plane positioning, longitudinal slope verification, perpendicularity verification and longitudinal slope adjustment. By the adoption of the device, rapid plane positioning of the prefabricated wall is achieved, meanwhile, whether the perpendicularity and the longitudinal slope of prefabricated wall installation meet the requirements or not can be rapidly verified, repeated alignment in the installation process is not needed, and the installation efficiency is improved.
