The assembling method comprises the steps that notches are formed upwards along the lower surface of the prefabricated external wall panel and inwards along the inner side face of the prefabricated external wall panel, and upper wall steel bars are exposed; bolt sleeves are embedded in the wall bodies on the inner side surfaces of the notches and are connected with bolts; L-shaped water stop steel plates are arranged on the inner side wall bodies at the notches through bolts; a seat plate is embedded in a lower part and is welded with the L-shaped water stop steel plates; the prefabricated external wall panel is assembled on the lower part, and lower wall reinforcing steel bars are inserted into the notches and bound with upper wall reinforcing steel bars; a sealing water stop structure is constructed at a horizontal gap and located between the outer side face of the prefabricated external wall panel and the upstream face of the L-shaped water stop steel plates; and concrete pouring is carried out on the notches and the horizontal gap located in the side, on the back faces of the L-shaped water stop steel plates, of the notches through a formwork to form a post-pouring concrete block.
