The double-liquid grouting material is composed of a slurry A and a slurry B which are equal in volume, wherein the slurry A is composed of aluminate cement, a composite admixture I and water; and the slurry B is composed of Portland cement, a compound admixture II and water. According to the aluminate and Portland cement-based double-liquid grouting material, the aluminate cement and the Portland cement are matched to serve as a cementing material, the characteristic of early strength of the aluminate cement is fully utilized, and the effect of rapid hardening and rapid hardening is achieved under the action of the additive; meanwhile, the storage time of a single liquid is not less than 2 hours, the flowability of the slurry is good, the flowability of the slurry can reach 300 mm, the initial setting time of the mixed double-liquid grouting material can be adjusted and shortened to be within 2 minutes, the final setting time can be adjusted and shortened to be within 5 minutes, and the compressive strength within 2 hours can reach 6 MPa according to engineering requirements.
