The invention provides retarded cement prepared from fluidized bed combustion ash and coal gangue and a preparation method of the cement. The cement comprises the following raw materials by weight: 15%-25% of fluidized bed combustion ash, 25%-30% of clinker, 15%-25% of coal gangue, 20%-45% of slag and a grinding aid, and the addition amount of the grinding aid is not greater than 0.5% of the total mass of the above materials. By adjusting the matching proportion of the fluidized bed combustion ash, the coal gangue, the clinker and the slag, the retarded cement which is high in strength, obvious in retarding effect, normal in standard consistency water consumption and stable in performance is prepared. The preparation of the cement can effectively digest the sulfur fixation ash and coal gangue wastes, so that the comprehensive utilization of solid wastes is improved, the environmental pressure is relieved, and the cement conforms to the green and environment-friendly concept.
本发明提供了一种利用固硫灰渣和煤矸石制备的缓凝水泥及该水泥的制备方法,该水泥包括按重量计的以下原料:固硫灰渣15%~25%,熟料25%~30%,煤矸石15%~25%,矿渣20%~45%,还包括助磨剂,助磨剂加入量不大于前述物料总质量的0.5%。本发明通过调节固硫灰渣、煤矸石、熟料、矿渣的配合比例,制备出强度高,缓凝效果明显,标准稠度用水量正常,性能稳定的缓凝水泥。该水泥的制备能有效消纳固硫灰渣煤矸石类废弃物,既提高了固体废弃物的综合利用,又缓解环境的压力,符合绿色环保理念。
