The invention discloses an assembly type ship lock chamber structure which comprises a left pile foundation bearing platform, a right pile foundation bearing platform which are constructed at the left and right sides of a ship lock chamber; a left prefabricated lock chamber side wall and a right prefabricated lock chamber side wall which are arranged on the left pile foundation bearing platform and the right pile foundation bearing platform; a lock chamber bottom supporting frame which is constructed at the bottom of the ship lock chamber and is located between the left pile foundation bearing platform and the right pile foundation bearing platform; and interlocking block bottom protection units arranged in the lock chamber bottom supporting frame at intervals. The prefabricated assembly structure technology is adopted, the side walls, the bottom supports, the pile foundations and other structures of the lock chamber of the ship lock are optimized into prefabricated parts, the engineering cost is effectively saved, the construction period is greatly shortened, environment and noise pollution caused by site construction is reduced, and meanwhile the displacement deformation of the side walls of the lock chamber is effectively controlled.
本发明公开的一种装配式船闸闸室结构,包括:构筑在船闸闸室的左、右侧的左、右桩基承台;设置在所述左、右桩基承台上的左、右预制闸室侧墙;构筑在船闸闸室的底部且位于所述左、右桩基承台之间的闸室底部支撑框架;以及若干间隔设置在所述闸室底部支撑框架内的连锁块护底单元。本发明采用预制拼装结构工艺,将船闸闸室的侧墙、底部支撑、桩基等结构优化为预制构件,有效地节约工程成本,极大地缩短工期,减少现场施工带来的环境和噪声污染,同时有效地控制闸室侧墙的位移变形。
