The upper lock head consists of a head gate and an upstream approach channel, the step lower lock head consists of a breast wall, a chest gate, a gate shaft, a tail gate and a downstream approach channel, and dispersed water outlets at the bottom of the whole lock chamber are fully distributed on the bottom surface of the lock chamber; one dispersed water outlet is communicated with the speed reduction gallery and then communicated with a bottle opening in the bottom face of the energy dissipation pool to form a graded water conveying system, and the other dispersed water outlet is communicated with the speed reduction gallery and then communicated with the pool bottom gallery to form a latticed water conveying system.
