The invention relates to a filling structure of a section steel underground diaphragm wall lock catch connector and a using method thereof.The filling structure is characterized in that one end of a steel unit section of an underground diaphragm wall protrudes outwards to form a protruding part, the other end of the steel unit section of the underground diaphragm wall is sunken inwards to form a sunken part matched with the protruding part, and the filling structure comprises a water bag with the length matched with the height of the underground diaphragm wall; the through hole is formed in one end of the water bag; water is filled into the water bag through the through hole, and the through hole is blocked by the sealing plug, so that the water bag expands and is filled in the sunken part, and concrete is prevented from entering the sunken part. The problem that concrete is easily filled in the lock catch and the lock catch cannot be connected with a convex extension part of a later groove section during concrete pouring of the underground diaphragm wall joint with the lock catch is effectively solved, a gap at the joint of the underground diaphragm wall can be filled with the filling structure, and the concrete is prevented from being poured into the joint and covering the joint; use is convenient, time and labor are saved, and construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种型钢地下连续墙锁扣接头的填充结构及其使用方法,地下连续墙的钢制单元段的一端向外凸伸形成凸伸部,另一端向内凹陷形成与凸伸部相匹配的凹陷部,该填充结构包括:长度与地下连续墙的高度相匹配的水囊;开设于水囊的一端的通孔;以及供封堵住通孔的封堵塞,通过通孔向水囊中充水并利用封堵塞堵住通孔,以使得水囊膨胀并填充于凹陷部内,从而防止混凝土进入凹陷部内。本发明有效的解决了在这种带锁扣的地下连续墙接头混凝土浇筑中容易造成锁扣中填充混凝土而无法与后期槽段凸伸部连接的的问题,利用填充结构能够填塞于地下连续墙接头处的空隙中,防止混凝土灌入接头处并覆盖住接头,使用方便,省时省力,提升了施工效率。
