The invention relates to a method for constructing an underground cement soil continuous steel wall by a double-wheel slot milling machine. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a guide wall is constructed; 2, bentonite slurry is mixed; 3, a slot is formed by the slot milling machine; 4, a guiding frame is mounted; and 5, profile steel is inserted downwards. Compared with a traditional underground continuous wall, the method for constructing the underground cement soil continuous steel wall by the double-wheel slot milling machine has the advantages that a reinforcement cage machining platform does not need to be arranged on site, and the occupied site is small; double-crane lifting is not needed, and the input number of cranes is small; only bentonite and cement need to be used for slot forming, and the slot forming is not affected by sand and gravel materials; the profile steel is subjected to factory-like shaping processing, so that the processing precision and quality are high, and the field labor investment is low; and water stopping and foundation pit supporting are integrated, the number of construction procedure links is small, and the construction period is short.
