Aluminum oxide ceramic composite material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides an aluminum oxide ceramic composite material. The aluminum oxide ceramic composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 72-97.9% of aluminum oxide, 0.1-5% of graphene, 1-10% of zirconium oxide, 0.5-3% of a sintering aid and 0.5-10% of a binder. According to the aluminum oxide ceramic composite material provided by the invention, aluminum oxide is taken as a matrix, and graphene and zirconium oxide have a synergistic toughening effect by adjusting the content, so that the toughness of the aluminum oxide ceramic material is improved. Experimental results show that the bending strength of the aluminum oxide ceramic composite material provided by the invention is 648-728 MPa, and the fracture toughness of the aluminum oxide ceramic composite material provided by the invention is 6.0-7.6 MPa.m<1/2>.
本发明提供了一种氧化铝陶瓷复合材料,由包括以下质量百分比的原料制备得到:72~97.9%氧化铝、0.1~5%石墨烯、1~10%氧化锆、0.5~3%烧结助剂和0.5~10%粘结剂。本发明提供的氧化铝陶瓷复合材料以氧化铝为基体,通过调整含量,使得石墨烯和氧化锆起到协同增韧的效果,从而提高了氧化铝陶瓷材料的韧性。实验结果表明,本发明提供的氧化铝陶瓷复合材料的抗弯强度为648~728MPa,断裂韧性为6.0~7.6MPa·m1/2。
