Method for preparing large-size carbon/carbon composite material through near-net forming
The invention provides a method for preparing a large-size carbon/carbon composite material through near-net forming. The method comprises the following steps: preparing the large-size carbon-carbon composite material by combining an HP-RTM process with a rapid CVD process, namely putting a near-net-shaped preform into a mold cavity; after a carbon/carbon composite material intermediate is prepared through vacuum injection molding and low-temperature curing, obtaining the carbon/carbon composite material after carbonization, heat treatment and chemical vapor deposition treatment, so the carbon/carbon composite material can replace graphite to meet the preparation requirements of solar photovoltaic and semiconductor large-size thermal field materials. Compared with a conventional process, the method has the advantages that the tolerance of the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the composite material can be effectively reduced, the use of carbon fibers is greatly reduced, the machining forming time of the material is shortened, the preparation cost of the carbon/carbon material is reduced, the density uniformity of the carbon/carbon composite material is improved, the service life is long, and the performance fluctuation between production batches is small.
本发明提供了一种近净成形制备大尺寸炭/炭复合材料的方法,所述方法是采用HP‑RTM的工艺结合快速CVD工艺制备大尺寸炭炭复合材料,其是将近净成形的预制体放入模具腔体内,经抽真空注塑及低温固化制备炭/炭复合材料中间体后、经过碳化、热处理和化学气相沉积处理后得到所述炭/炭复合材料,可替代石墨满足太阳能光伏和半导体大尺寸热场材料制备需求。与传统工艺相比,本发明能够有效减小复合材料内外径公差,大幅度减少碳纤维的使用和缩短材料机械加工成形的时间,降低炭/炭材料的制备成本,提升炭/炭复合材料密度均匀性,具有使用寿命长,生产批次之间的性能波动小等优点。
