The device comprises a concrete terrace, two device positioning edge plates installed on the concrete terrace, a tempered external connection frameworks installed between the two device positioning edge plates, wherein the number of the tempered external connection frameworks is six, and arc-shaped frameworks are installed at the upper ends of every two adjacent tempered external connection frameworks; stainless steel lining protection plates arranged on the inner walls of the tempered external connection framework and the arc-shaped framework, wherein the stainless steel lining protection plates, the tempered external connection framework and the arc-shaped frameworks are integrally formed, and a temperature monitoring device, a power supply case and a water pouring pump are arranged on the outer wall of each stainless steel lining protection plate. A concrete pouring structure of a highway bridge is covered in the device, the operation of covering cloth is omitted, and the problems that the covering cloth is easily blown open by wind and needs to be patrolled and processed by workers in real time, and vertical bridge pile foundation covering cloth is difficult to lay are solved.
